Founded by Niurca Fernandez & Pedro Castillo, El Triunfo is more than a bakery — it is a celebration of heritage.
We started El Triunfo Bakery and Cafe with a simple dream: to bring the soul of our Colombian and Dominican kitchens to the heart of Orlando, Florida. Niurca grew up surrounded by the aromas of fresh pan de bono, slow-simmered stews, and the unmistakable warmth of a family table where everyone was always welcome.
When we opened our doors at 2751 S Chickasaw Trail, we were not just opening a cafe — we were planting a piece of home right here in Central Florida. Our recipes are rooted in tradition, shaped by generations of love and craft, and served with the same pride our grandmothers poured into every meal.
Today, our family continues to show up every morning before sunrise to bake fresh, cook with care, and welcome our neighbors — because that is who we are, and that will never change.
